ARDEX congratulates Jim “JW” Wasson for his ten years of service to our Aliquippa production operation. Prior to joining the ARDEX team, Jim worked as a crew leader with a local tree service enterprise and operated his own business during his free time. Upon joining ARDEX he quickly learned a number of jobs and in March of 2007 was promoted to Tower Team Leader. While working as team leader he continued to learn new skills and would often times support maintenance with projects. With additional formal maintenance training, Jim was recently promoted into a key maintenance role within our Aliquippa operation. Jim continues to make strong contributions including supporting installation of our recent ARDEX Tile & Stone Installation Systems expansion and support of our Stockton, California facility start up. He is well respected by his peers and is known for his steady leadership and problem solving. Thanks JW!
